Dr. Bobby Kato is a healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience. He has distinguished himself in the field through his varied career as an administrator, consultant, provider, and founder of Nova Lux Counseling. Dr. Kato is dedicated to improving healthcare practices, and we will explore his journey as well as some interesting studies he discusses in the field of mental health research. Dr. Kato began his academic journey by earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hunter College in 2002. He then pursued a Master of Science in Psychology from Palo Alto University, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Dr. Kato continued his academic pursuits at Stanford University, where he obtained a Master of Science in Medicine between 2009 and 2011.
